Whitson CM is improving the strength and lifespan of roadways throughout the southwest United States by installing Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Concrete, ACE Fiber. ACE Fiber is being installed in Palm Desert, CA, because of its increased lifespan and thermal cracking resistance.
